Terms of Service

ABC Dynamic Environment (ABC-IO) — Terms of Service. Effective 2026. By using ABC-IO services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the ABC-IO website, M2M services, API, or any ABC Dynamic Environment services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users — human and machine (M2M). M2M buyers are responsible for the actions of the automated systems they deploy.

2. Description of Services

ABC-IO provides:

AI ISP Services: AI Internet Service Provider infrastructure including compute, data, model, application, security, network, monitoring, and business services.

M2M Commerce: Machine-to-machine automated purchase and fulfillment of AI products and solutions via API.

Managed Solutions: AI Managed Solutions Provider offerings including managed infrastructure, services, support, professional services, training, and compliance.

API Access: RESTful API for programmatic access to M2M commerce, catalog, and service management.

Support: Multi-channel customer support including AI helpdesk and human escalation.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use M2M services, you must register a buyer account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

M2M Buyers

M2M buyers (automated systems) are subject to the same terms as human users. The entity deploying the M2M buyer is responsible for its behavior. M2M buyers must:

• Register with valid identification information
• Use their own authentication keys — not share or expose them
• Comply with rate limits and usage policies
• Not use the API for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes

4. Purchases & Payments

Purchase Process

M2M purchases follow an automated flow: register → deposit → browse catalog → purchase → auto-confirmed → provisioned. All steps are automated. No human approval is required for standard purchases.

Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe (credit/debit cards) or PayPal. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Prices are listed in the catalog and may change. Refunds are handled per our refund policy — contact support@abc-io.net for refund requests.

Pricing

Prices are listed in the M2M catalog and on product pages. Prices may change at any time. Continued use of the Services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate any applicable law

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

• Abuse, harassment, or hate speech

• Unauthorized access to or attack on our infrastructure
