4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@abc-io.net with subject "Refund Request: [Order ID]"
2. Include your order ID, email, and reason for refund
3. ABC-IO will respond within 2 business days
4. Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

5. Exceptions

• Refunds are not available for services where usage has been consumed (API calls, compute hours)
• Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension and legal action
• Refunds cannot be issued to accounts with pending disputes
• Promotional or free-tier services are non-refundable
