EU AI Act Posture

As a provider of general-purpose AI system deployment and autonomous agents, we classify as follows:

• Our role: deployer/provider of limited-risk and general-purpose AI assistance. We do not train foundation models at the GPAI provider tier (we use vetted external LLM APIs under contract).
• Transparency (Art.50): AI-generated content is labeled; chat discloses it is an AI assistant.
• Risk management: no prohibited practices (Art.5); high-risk use (e.g., hiring, credit) is the customer's responsibility with our human-in-the-loop controls.
• Governance: documented risk assessment, incident response, and human oversight built into the OS control plane.
